Century A&E's ability to provide complete design and construction services establishes us as an invaluable resource for process industries. From preliminary feasibility studies and capital cost estimates through permitting, process startup, trouble shooting and validation, Century A&E can provide a full range of services to chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other processing industries. • Process design including P&IDs, flow diagrams and functional descriptions. We are used to adapting to various clients drawing and specification standards.

• Piping design and layout for various systems such as; high pressure tubing and steam piping, lined and sanitary process piping.

• Process calculations including pressure drop calculations for complex piping, pipe stress analysis and pressure relief sizing.

• Equipment and instrumentation design, sizing and specification, from tank drawings to level calibration to pump specifications.

• RCRA certification of hazardous waste storage tanks.
