Century A&E's construction group team focuses on providing our clients with the agency CM approach to projects. This approach is a partnership that will promote an unbiased, no conflict view of the construction process and ensure that all project goals are being met by the contractors performing the work.

At Century A&E we represent the owner from inception to start-up and close out. We do not provide general contracting trade services.

We have worked on numerous projects as the CM agent (overseeing both our own designs and numerous competitors' designs) and as a result, we know what it takes to make this process a successful one: It's all about the client and it's all about accountability.

Century A&E's diversified team can tailor services to suit the client's needs for each individual project.
